Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Puriva Inc. ("Puriva," "we," "us," or "our") through purivapeptides.com are sold on a final-sale basis. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Our products include research-use-only peptides, laboratory reagents, and related materials. Because these are sensitive research materials whose integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, all such products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Limited Exceptions

We will replace or refund an order only in the following situations:

  • Damaged in transit — the product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise physically damaged.
  • Defective product — the product is materially defective or does not match the specifications listed at the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect item — you received a different product than the one you ordered.
  • Non-delivery — your order was confirmed as lost by the carrier and was not delivered.

These exceptions apply only if the issue is reported within [48 hours] of delivery (or, for non-delivery, within [14 days]of the expected delivery date) and the criteria below are met.

How to Report a Problem

To make a claim under one of the exceptions above, email [support@purivapeptides.com] within the applicable window and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage (including the shipping label)
  4. For unopened items, photos showing the product is unopened and seals are intact

Claims submitted without the required information or outside the stated time window may not be eligible.

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, the remedy is provided at our discretion and may take the form of:

  • A replacement of the affected product, or
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within [5–10 business days] of approval. We are not responsible for processing times set by your bank.

What Is Not Covered

We do not provide returns, refunds, replacements, or store credit for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or had their seals broken (except where the product was defective on arrival)
  • Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product
  • Delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs or import restrictions in the destination country
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and this final-sale policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [support@purivapeptides.com] with your order number.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in a manner inconsistent with this policy, may result in suspension of your ability to order from us in the future.

Research Use Only

All research products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Purchasers are responsible for handling, storing, and using all products in accordance with applicable laws and proper laboratory practice.

Governing Law

This policy, and any dispute arising from or relating to it, is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will, to the extent permitted by law, be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

If you are a customer located in the United States, nothing in this policy is intended to deny you the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such laws apply and conflict with this policy, those protections prevail to the extent required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, and use of our products comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your country, state, and locality.
