These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of purivapeptides.com and any purchase you make from Puriva Inc., operating as Puriva Peptides ("Puriva," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or licensed professional to use this site or purchase our products. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Research Use Only. All products sold by Puriva are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic use. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using all products in compliance with applicable laws and proper laboratory practice. You agree not to resell or distribute products for any non-research use.

Orders and Pricing. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it.

Payment. Payment must be completed through the methods offered at checkout. Orders with incomplete or unverified payment may be cancelled.

Product Information. We work to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puriva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property. All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Puriva and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
