Processing. Orders are processed and shipped from Canada within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free Xpresspost shipping is available on orders of $300 CAD and over.

Delivery Times. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Domestic Canadian orders typically arrive within [2–5] business days; international times vary.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.

International Orders & Customs. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and for ensuring that your purchase and importation comply with the laws of your country, state, and locality. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs or import restrictions.

Incorrect Addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
