FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does 'Research Use Only' mean?
All Puriva Peptides products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
How are your peptides stored?
All peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for long-term stability. Once received, store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C.
How are peptides shipped?
Orders ship within 24 hours via cold-chain shipping with temperature monitoring. Tracking is provided with every order.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Yes. Every batch is tested by reverse-phase HPLC and assigned a Certificate of Analysis verifying ≥98% purity. Mass spectrometry confirms peptide identity.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for details.
How long do your peptides last?
Lyophilized peptides can last 12–24 months when stored properly. Once reconstituted, peptides should be used within 4–8 weeks depending on the peptide.
What is HPLC purity testing?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the gold standard for peptide purity verification. We use reverse-phase HPLC to confirm ≥98% purity on every batch produced.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.
